HTML Specifications
The qualities of the HTML template are also implemented in a WordPress theme: HTML 5 pages, mobile-first, responsive, UX, validation.
Static theme
During the development process, a theme containing the data in static form is created. The navigation menus are already working. This includes page 404, and the archive and search pages (if required).
Customizations
If you use plugins to make some components, the plugins will be customized to fit your layout. Remember that some free plugins can block customization.
Optional advanced WordPress theme specifications
If you decide to outsource other parts of the development as well, PSD to HTML is available to help you already create some blocks or complete the whole project.
